Hoya previously sold as vitellinoides — a plant originally distributed under the name Hoya vitellinoides but later determined to be a different species or unidentified form. Common in Hoya circles where taxonomy refines over time; ours retains the original 'previously vitellinoides' tag for transparency until a definitive ID is published.
