Stunning flowers! A twining hoya with thin, firm leaves in a grey/green colour, measuring up to 12cm x 3.5cm. Clear sap. Foliage is slightly curved and heavily speckled. Blooms: Un ique flowers whereby corolla lobes are long and thin, giving a starfish appearance, in tones of white-pink, measuring 20mm across with a purple-centred yellow corona. Up to 20 flowers per umbel. Fragrant. Last for up to 3 days.Sun exposure: Medium to bright indirect light with high humidity.Water requirement: Prefers well-draining open mix. Water less in winter.Maintenance: Low. Half strength doses of fertiliser in growing period.Special note: Intermediate hoya: best suited to temperatures between 15-35C. Originally collected by Dr Ruth Kiew from a limestone outcrop in Sabah, Malaysia. Each living plant is unique and may vary in size, colour, or shape depending on the season.
