Meaning the fit should be 22 cm (8.75 inches) smaller in circumference than your actual bust measurements.The measurements are given on the diagram at the end of the pattern.The ease mentioned above is already included in the pattern instructions.PATTERN INFORMATIONThe Maddy Top is worked from the bottom up on circular needles using ‘‘Gros Jours’’ stitch. This stitch creates a subtle twisted effect while remaining simple and enjoyable to knit.The garment begins with the lower body, worked seamlessly in the round. The work is then divided to separate the front and back, which are knitted flat in rows. Once completed, the shoulders are joined using a seam for structure and stability.To finish, a delicate ruffled edging is knitted along the lower edge of the top, adding a soft and feminine touch.This pattern is intermediate level skill.
