HPC Fire Inspired™ also designs custom fire features and their control systems of any shape or size for residential or commercial applications. These range from 2 feet to 30 feet wide, from 50 thousand to 3 million Btu fire features found at large venues throughout the country including casinos, resorts, and restaurants. The Electronic Ignition system provides a safe shutdown in the event of an interruption in the gas supply or flameout. Offering the convenience of a wall switch or remote control in conjunction with an interrupted pilot (IPI) provides a safe means of lighting the main burner. An advantage to the Electronic Ignition system over a Safety Pilot Valve system or Millivolt Valve system (both are standing pilot systems) is the fact the pilot is always OFF until a request for the main burner to turn ON, resulting in energy savings when the unit is not in use. An automatic gas ignition system board devoted to managing all the functions related to ignition, flame sensing, and flame supervision of a hearth appliance.
