If the vehicle has a separate pcm (engine) and tcm (transmission) then you'll need to license both in order to tune both, commonly 2 for engine and 2 for transmission. What are credits attached to? HPT vehicle licenses are tied to the RTD/MVPI2 Serial Number, VIN, PCM OS, and PCM Serial Number.
