The Uniform Line Handcuff Carrier is a Kydex pouch designed to hold specific make/models of handcuffs such as the ASP Ultra S&W Hinged and S&W Chain cuffs. It is retention adjustab le to properly secure cuffs based on users' preference. It has a flared top that lets the user more easily insert handcuffs into the pouch. It comes shipped either with HSGI universal clips or a dedicated PLM belt mount option.
