HST Bottcher Harness is a tracking harness made from black leather. The loop of the harness goes around the dogs belly, and the lower line runs underneath the belly, it is clipped to the collar on the dogs neck. The idea behind the bottcher harness system is that a tracking line attached under the belly of the dog and as the dog pulls, the harness actually pulls the dogs head to the ground.
