Dehesa Gago is an honest representation of the viticulture and the vineyards of Spain’s most continental wine appellation, DO Toro. We seek to offer the greatest fluidity and fresh ness of this extreme place. The grapes are 100% Tinta de Toro from low density, bushvine vineyards taken care of by 8 families of growers we work with since 1998. Manual harvest in boxes is followed by spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and 6 months of maturing in tanks. Show more
