This vintage Hubble fan was designed to sit facing upwards on a table top. There is a handle affixed to the center of the fan to make it easy to move it safely. As the photographs indicate, there is a fair amount of chipping on the black base and cage. There is also a significant amount of fraying on the cord, so we have not tested it to see if it works.
