Everyone I have dealt with has been brilliant. The initial contact was for some samples of wood so I could match it to existing furniture. The samples arrived and one of them matched perfectly. I then placed an order and was informed at the time of how long it would take. It was of course quite some time as this is bespoke furniture, not flat pack of the shelf stuff that falls to bits after a couple of months.
