Polymer clay when finished correctly is flexible. These are intended to be gently opened when putting them on and they will maintain the hugger hooped shape. Northern Light Co earr ings are thoughtfully handcrafted using hand-painted polymer clay and designed to be lightweight, durable, and comfortable for everyday wear. Finished with quality 18K gold-plated stainless steel components, these earrings are nickel-free and safe for sensitive ears. Each piece is tarnish-resistant; however, I recommend removing your jewelry before exposure to water or harsh chemicals. To maintain its finish, store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
