An all Ontario ale we boiled over a wood-fire then fermented with native yeast we isolated from raw honeycomb in Singhampton a few years ago. Mississippi Mills Malting Co. is to th ank for the malted barley and we hopped this with the Vista variety from Hayhoe Hops in Alymer. Wildflower honey from just outside of Shelburne was added before it was conditioned in the bottle for a natural carbonation. Lemon citrus and herbal aromatics to go with good bitterness and honey notes on the finish. Rugged and real. 6.0% ALC./VOL. 500mL bottle Show more
