Many believed convicted pharmacist Michael Jason Kerkowski, along with his girlfriend Tammy Lynn Fassett, fled the United States to avoid being sentenced for insurance fraud and illegally selling prescription painkillers. More than a year after Kerkowski and Fassett were last seen, the mystery ended when their bodies were unearthed from a shallow grave behind the Kingston Township, Pa, home where Kerkowski's "best friend" Hugo Marcus Selenski lived. Investigators also found human remains of three other people who were burned in a pit on the property.
