It is considered to be one of the least allergenic and m ost easily digestible of all grains. The distinctive crunchy texture plus the pleasant mild flavour make millet a great grain ingredient. Cooking Instructions:Add one cup of organic millet to two cups of boiling water. Simmer for 25-30 minutes. You can pre-soak millet to shorten the cooking time 5-10 minutes, or pressure cooks it for 10 minutes once full pressure is reached.
