Their presence w as a gentle reminder to express my love freely, make space for emotional sweetness, and cherish those I love most. These hummingbirds would visit daily, nudging me to lighten up and embrace love—both for myself and others. During this period of healing and forgiveness of past hurts, I found joy in flowers, bathing with essential oils and herbs, and light, colorful clothing.
