My Hummingbird Cake consists of two layers of my hummingbird cake filled with a vanilla bean cream cheese icing. Topped with a more icing, candied pecan nuts, sprinkle of cinnamon & house dehydrated pineapple. It is always best to cut cakes with a hot, clean, sharp knife for a clean slice. All of my cakes will last up to one week in an airtight container in the refrigerator OR you can freeze them. All of my cakes come in either a 9" square OR 9" round.
