One of a kind handmade ceramic sculpture, created in my Berlin studio. A calm and grounded female figure sits at the very front of a rising humpback whale, her face gently lifted upward. She appears serene, strong, and at peace — as if carried forward by trust, hope, and quiet inner power. Together they move upward toward the surface, toward light, toward the future. This piece is about support, resilience, and the moment when strength no longer needs to be loud. The whale becomes both foundation and companion, lifting her as they ascend together. Every detail was sculpted entirely by hand, with close attention to the anatomy of both the whale and the human figure. The body of the woman is left unglazed, preserving the raw beauty and softness of the clay surface. The whale is finished with layered artistic treatments that enhance texture and movement. Mounted on a metal stand. One of a kind. Materials: high-fire clay, porcelain, custom clay blend, metal stand Height with stand: 56 cm | 22 inches Width: 26 cm | 10 inches
