Untitled Document This cable is made of soft drawn bare copper material for easy installation and handling. It is designed for use in power control on irrigation systems. The cable is jacketed for extra protection from environmental factors. The direct burial cable can be run in soil without surrounding it with conduits. Using this cable reduces the need to use conduits that may increase the cost of installation. Again, the decoder cables allow the use of fewer wires since both signal and power can be received from same wire path. Users can install many irrigation stations or valves from the same wire run instead of having to install separate power wire to feed each solenoid. Applications The cable is intended for use in underground or duct applications where the need for jacketing is required. It is used in sprinkler systems within the power control circuits. It may also be used to provide grounding connections in other machinery and equipment. It performs excellent where high conductivity cables are required.
