Hunter Knife This knife is crafted from carbon steel. The style suits preparing the game to be used as food; skinning, gutting or butchering of game animals. Hunting knives are quite adaptable and can be used in a variety of situations and for many different tasks. The blade is satin finished showing the bevels of the blade and showcasing the lines of the knife while reducing its reflective glare. The handle is Micarta. Micarta is a laminate of organic material such as paper or cloth that is pressed and dried in resin. Micarta knife handles are grippy, durable, and organic. It is strong and durable, and tolerates extremes of heat and cold, resists moisture, and doesn't become brittle with age. Most Micarta-handled knives will outlast their owners' lifespans; the handles simply don't wear out. This knife does not come with a sheath. However, a custom leather sheath may be purchased separately from our online store.
