Hutterite Soup Bean is an heirloom dry bean obtained from the Hutterites of North Dakota. Productive, bush-type plants have a slight tendency to vine but are short enough that they do not require trellising. Mature dry beans vary in color from creamy white to soft yellow and have a wonderful creamy texture when cooked. Well-suited for use in soups. Bush habit. 70 days to harvest.
