It is Soil Association-approved and vegan. Product Information Our Hyaluronic Acid has been made by producing enzymes via bacterial fermentation. This means that it is both eco-friendly and vegan. Its ability to retain moisture is unrivalled and as such is brilliant in moisturisers, both increasing the moisture levels in skin and reducing moisture loss. These properties can result in smoother and softer skin and can decrease wrinkles. It easily dissolves in water and can bind with water to effectively hydrate skin. Due to its solubility water needs to be present when formulating - it cannot be used in stand alone oils.
