Relieves symptoms of dehydration and helps replace water and electrolytes lost due to vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, vigorous exercise and occasional hangovers. Ingredients: Each tablet contains Sodium Chloride: 87.5mg. Potassium Chloride: 149mg. Sodium Bicarbonate: 378mg. Citric Acid Anhydrous: 672mg. Glucose Anhydrous: 1.62g. Directions: Remove 2 tablets from tube and replace the cap tightly. Dissolve in 200mL of fresh, cold drinking water. For babies under 6 months use freshly boiled and cooled water. Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist. Discard unused solution after 2 hours or 24 hours if refrigerated. Do not mix Hydralyte with cordial, fruit juice, soft or sports drinks. Always dissolve in water. Never place tablet directly into mouth. 2 tablets = 200mL Recommended dosage for dehydration due to vomiting and diarrhoea: Babies under 12 months take 2-4 tablets in first 6 hours, maximum of 10 tablets a day. Children aged 1-3 years take 4-6 tablets in first 6 hours, maximum of 14 tablets a day. Children aged 3-6 years take 6-8 tablets in first 6 hours, maximum of 20 tablets a day. Children aged 6-12 years take 8-14 tablets in first 6 hours, maximum 26 tablets a day. Adults and children over 12 years take 12-20 tablets in first 6 hours, maximum 40 tablets a day. For dehydration due to other causes: Drink Hydralyte when thirsty or exhibiting signs of dehydration.
