Description Developed in 1949 and intended as state-of-the-art science equipment, the first Nalgene bottles were created as indestructible, leak-proof storage containers for laboratory use. Their multi-functional design and durability soon expanded their applications to outdoor lifestyle when scientists began using the smaller bottles on hikes and camping trips. This classic 32oz narrow-mouth style is made in the USA from recyclable BPA-free plastic, customized with our "HYDRATE" graphic. TIP ▪ Fill with your liquid of choice, take with you everywhere. From Annie Genovese, Forsyth Co-Founder: "This has been my go-to daily water bottle for over 5 years. It's PERFECT. No notes, no changes. The small open/mouth is the right size.
