Hydraulic Pendant Switch A handheld manual control pendant for hydraulic lift systems, providing reliable operation of raising and lowering functions. The switch features two clearly marked directional buttons, an ergonomically shaped grip for reduced operator fatigue, a sealed housing built for demanding work environments, and a single dedicated control cable with an abrasion-resistant outer jacket. Suitable as a direct replacement or upgrade for existing hydraulic pendant controls. Before Installation: Consult your hydraulic lift system manual to verify pendant compatibility and wiring configuration before connecting to your pump or power unit. 2 Buttons Up & down control Ergonomic Fatigue-reducing grip Sealed Dust & debris proof Jacketed Abrasion-resistant cable Two-Button Directional Control The pendant features two distinct buttons clearly marked for upward and downward movement, providing precise manual control of the hydraulic lifting mechanism. Internal contacts are engineered for consistent, reliable signal transmission to the hydraulic power unit, ensuring accurate response at every press throughout the service life of the unit. Ergonomic Grip and Durable Housing The pendant body is shaped to fit comfortably in the operator's hand, reducing fatigue during extended lift cycles and repeated use. The durable outer housing is built to withstand demanding industrial and mobile work environments, holding up to drops, impacts, and continuous handling without compromising the internal switch components. Sealed Against Dust and Debris The entire pendant unit is sealed to protect internal components from dust, debris, and contaminants commonly found in industrial and mobile lifting applications. This sealed construction extends the operational life of the switch and ensures consistent performance even in dirty or harsh job-site conditions where unprotected controls would degrade quickly. Jacketed Control Cable The pendant connects to the hydraulic power unit through a single dedicated control cable. The wiring is protected by a flexible outer jacket that resists abrasion and the daily wear typical of mobile lift applications, keeping the internal conductors safe from damage caused by dragging, flexing, or contact with sharp surfaces during normal use. Direct Replacement or Upgrade The Hydraulic Pendant Switch is suitable as a direct replacement for a worn or damaged pendant, or as an upgrade to existing hydraulic controls. Installation involves wiring the leads to the corresponding terminals on the pump or power unit. Always consult your lift system manual to verify compatibility and the correct wiring configuration before installation. Questions? Call (260) 918-2758 or email [email protected]
