Hydrothol Granular is sold in 20 lb. bags. Hydrothol is a fast acting herbicide and is effective on a variety of aquatic weeds including milfoil, coontial, hydrilla, sago pondweed, leafy pondweed, curly leaf pondweed, and others. Hydrothol should be applied when algae and weeds are actively growing. The best way to apply this granular is with a broadcast spreader, to even treat the area. Hydrothol should only be used for spot treatment. Dosage rate: 108-270 pounds per acre-foot.
