Method & Madness Single Grain Irish Whiskey is a testament to experimental distilling, offering a bold twist on tradition. This single grain spirit has been matured in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in toasted virgin Spanish oak, resulting in a unique and complex profile. The nose opens with notes of new pencil shavings and light rose petal, evolving into a palate rich with warm toasted oak, fresh peeled grapefruit, and zesty wood spices. The finish is long and satisfying, featuring sweet cereal, clove spiciness, and a touch of fresh mint. Bottled at 46% ABV and non-chill filtered, this whiskey retains its full, natural character. It’s a beautifully balanced and sophisticated pour, ideal for the discerning whiskey enthusiast looking for innovation.
