I love my city - St. Petersburg, FL. We are the Sunshine City, a top place to visit because of our art, restaurants, and more. And in 2020, St. Pete made the brown pelican the offi cial city bird! I love brown pelicans. They are the only pelicans that can dive up to 30 feet to catch prey, can fly up to 30 mph, and can hold up to 3 gallons of water in the sac of skin at their base of their throats!
