Harvested at night to retain fruit concentration and carefully vinte d for early bottling to retain maximum fruit flavor. A summer yellow wine with hints of green, packed with intense fruit flavors of stone fruits - white peach with a hint of Williams Pear. Fresh and crisp with a long smooth finish.
