Rescue Essentials I.C.E. IFAK The I.C.E. IFAK is an Individual First Aid Kit that was developed in consultation with Immigration and Customs Enforcement. It includes select contents for dealing with severe bleeding and to address airway and respiratory issues. Features the Gen 7 CAT Tourniquet, Hyfin Vent Compact Chest Seal, nasopharyngeal airway, compressed gauze for wound packing, and NAR Bear Claw nitrile gloves as well as a 4" flat-folded NAR Emergency Trauma Dressing. Like the CBP IFAK 2, this kit is built on a rip-away platform, and can be instantly detached in throw-and-go situations. The tourniquet pouch can be attached to the main rip-away pouch in the left, right or front/center positions, or detached entirely and mounted to a MOLLE vest or belt.
