The pattern is a fresh take on a classic heart quilt. These little heart message bubbles are inspired by getting a text from a loved one. It is block based, beginner friendly and a fast finish. The finished size is 55" x 61". Material Requirement are on Image 2. This pattern requires beginner quilting knowledge. The pattern assumes quilter has knowledge of basic piecing and can use consistent 1/4" seam allowances. There’s a printable available for the Patchwork Heart speech bubble on Lindsey’s blog. The pattern requires yardage and FQs. The backing requirements is 3 1/2 yards. In Lindsey’s own words “First of all, this quilt comes together FAST! You could easily finish this in a day or two. Not to get too cheesy, but originally I was going to name this quilt "Speak Love." The world today can feel so dark and heavy at times that I think spreading love whether through your words or actions is more important than ever before. Because this is technically a Valentine quilt, I went with something a little lighter and named it "I Heart You" instead. The speech bubbles with the hearts also make me think of conversations or cards/texts you might get from a loved one on Valentine's Day. The ones that make you smile real big and feel so loved inside. I wanted to make a quilty-version of that feeling.”
