I Nobili is produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes cultivated in the rolling hills of Castiglione Falletto and La Morra in Italy’s Piemonte region. The wine is produced naturally, with out the use of herbicides or chemicals, and then aged for 24 months in large five year-old barrels, delivering an integrated wine of noble character.
