They are suitable for all extraction methods fro m espresso to batch brew. These 64mm stainless steel flat burrs are an updated version of the well-known, worldwide appreciated Mazzer Mini burrs. They deliver full-bodied cups characterized by a smooth, mellow flavor and balanced sweetness, complemented by a velvety mouthfeel.
