How to Use For cold therapy: Place the gel pack in the freezer (around 0 °C) for at least one hour. Put the chilled pack inside its fabric cover and apply to the affected area. For heat therapy (microwave): Lay the gel pouch flat in the microwave and heat for 45 seconds at 800 W. Check the temperature; if needed, reheat in 10-second intervals. Put the pack inside its fabric cover and apply to the affected area. For heat therapy (hot water): Heat water to boiling, then remove it from the heat.
