Insert the left leg into the loop formed, keeping the perineum bands at the back and the pouch at the front, with the waistband at waist level. Adjust the pouch to fit the scrotal sac properly, then fasten the right-side hook-and-loop fastener for a comfortable, snug fit. Adjust the perineum straps to give the desired level of compression and lift.
