If you use lotion on your arm, allow it to dry before putting on the garment. A little baby powder or cornflour on the arm can help the garment slide up. Wearing rubber dishwashing gloves helps you adjust and smooth the fabric evenly. Broaden the fabric, pull to the wrist, then unfold up towards the bicep and smooth wrinkles from the bottom upward.
