The high intensity LED in the top section is bright enough for daylight use (but works brilliantly in the dark at a distance, allowing you to simulate a not dissimilar experience of a light set 2 miles out).The device has different modes including a random play mode where even the instructor doesn't know what is coming up, all this is controlled by big push buttons and information is displayed on a colour OLED screen. Powered by 4 AA batteries (supplied), this can be carried on in hand luggage as required, we recommend that you source some form of protective case to protect your investment in your training aids.New VersionsThere are now two versions. Model A (Original) and Model B (For standard buoys), please indicate which version you require at checkout.In order to use the Model B fully, you will need to have purchased one of the packs containing the standard buoy models. We do not carry great stocks of these are they are all hand made, thus if we are out of stock please send us a note and we can advise when the next batch is available.
