The IAME X30 is a 125cc water-cooled engine specifically designed for Karting Australia, and is intended to be taken to the world market by IAME. Engine weight is 20kg including all components and accessories. It is compatible with all chassis', is easy to operate and maintain with long life between rebuilds and freshen-up maintenance. The IAME X30 engine is able to be used in both Open and Restricted classes with the minor change of swapping the exhaust manifold. The engine power can be reduced or increased simply by using or not using the exhaust restrictor. Everything a competitor needs to put the engine on their kart, just add a battery. (Battery currently supplied with engine free of charge, no warranty). There is nothing more to buy (apart from fuel) before you race it for the first time.
