Structured and balanced palate of dusty black fruit, spice and tobacco.Ageing/Vinification: Between 20 and 24 days of maceration. Aged 12 months in French oak barrels. Followed by 2 months in stainless steel, and at least 1 month in bottle.Vineyard: The vineyards are located on the Aosta hill in Cossan and at the foot hill in La Rochère.
