It's much harder to explain the IC Enlarger Timer than it is to use it: there are three dials, marked in 10, 1, and 0.1s increments, and you set your desired time by turning each d ial to add up to the appropriate number. For example, if you wanted to set a time of 13.5 seconds, you'd set the first dial to 10, the second dial to 3, and the third dial to 0.5. It's math!
