Ice Cube Castle Glitter. Comes in a 5 gram bag, not a jar. Great for arts, crafts, resin, diy projects, nail art (some pieces are going to too big for nails just fyi) slime, shaker charms, etc. Pretty sure these are going to float if you use them in a snowglobe tumbler cup.
