Made of high quality 18/8 stainless steel. A separator is placed inside the tray. Once the water is frozen, simply pull the handle to release the ice cubes. We love the functionali ty and retro chic of this ice cube tray. An ice cube tray is not just useful to freeze ice. We use it a lot to portion and preserve food! For example: we make cubes of home-made tomato paste, or cubes of leftover herbs blended with garlic, onion, lemon zest and olive oil.
