Icelandic Handknits is a rich and varied collection of patterns inspired by the traditional handknitted artefacts from the Textile Museum in Blönduós, Iceland. More than just a book of knitting, it is infused with bits of Icelandic folklore and culture, vintage photographs, and 10 classic Icelandic cooking recipes. It has been published in in English, French, Icelandic (Forlagið) and Danish (Turbine). This self-published revised edition has a new cover and a clearer layout. Some patterns were updated and all garments are now available in more inclusive sizes from XS to 5XL. It also includes a unique Ravelry download code with access to English ebook and French PDF translation, as well as a single PDF of the Margrét shawl with written instructions of the charts. The printed book is only available in English.
