In contrast, a six-baffle system focuses warmth around your feet in the anatomically shaped foot box. Down type and density are varied strategically through the bag to ensure it can resist compression on the underside while allowing maximum loft on the top. Internally, our time-tested EXL® elasticated stitching system inside the bag minimises dead airspace, reduces drafts, and pulls the liner fabric away from the down, allowing it to loft effectively for maximal warmth.A full-length Gemini™ entry zip baffle dramatically reduces heat loss in this typically vulnerable area, and the low-profile magnetic Lode Lock™ closure and collar drawcords are easy to use in the dark. An internal mesh pocket and secure zipped pocket keep essentials close to hand. A roomy Expedition fit ensures comfortable sleeping and accommodates extra down layers, while a large foot box with a breathable GORE-TEX WINDSTOPPER® liner accommodates boot liners and wet items.
