Don't have your chocolates turn up melted! Let us pack your order with an icepack. We have a few different sizes of icepacks to accomodate different sized orders and what is in dif ferent orders and will ship with the optimum choice based on this. If you choose to ship without adding an icepack, your chocolates are shipped at your own risk. If they arrive melted, we will unfortunately not replace or refund them. In hot weather, we recommend buying 2 icepacks. Icepacks and thermal boxes are reusable. Show more
