Ichigo means Strawberry in Japanese Ichigo Cameron Gin is the first and only Gin made with Japanese Strawberries, grown fresh in Cameron Highlands from Japanese parental seeds. Eac h bottle of Ichigo Cameron Gin has the equivalent of a 200g punnet of fresh strawberries in each bottle. We distil super fresh Strawberries with other botanicals before letting the final spirit rest with even more Strawberries before we bottle the finished Gin! How fresh are we talking about? These strawberries are plucked on Sunday before being shipped out to Singapore and arriving here on Monday.
