Iconic Opponents: CORE presents a terrorist organization set on world domination. Within are details on the organization; its leadership; common gear, weapons, and vehicles; and me mbers. Among the latter are the Elite, CORE’s team of supervillains. A series of “caper” ideas are included to help Gamemasters incorporate CORE into their game.
