The Ideal-Air Dehumidifiers are now rated at AHAM standards (80°F, 60% Relative Humidity). There is no change to the unit itself, only to the temperature and humidity at which the reading is being taken from. Previously they were rated at a higher temperature and humidity level based on hydroponic industry standard usage (86°F, 80% Relative Humidity). They will now be rated at AHAM standards based on the recent US Department of Energy ruling. Quick maintenance with easy filter access that is removable and washable. Low temperature defrosting.
