Description The iDEAL Canopy Plenum Kit is the panel-and-ductwork assembly that converts a PSB-SEMIDD26B semi downdraft paint booth to pressurized heated configuration. It is required hardware whenever the booth is paired with a direct gas-fired air makeup heater — the kit captures heated supply air and distributes it across the booth’s intake plenum so the spray environment runs at the temperature the heater is delivering. The kit installs to new or existing PSB-SEMIDD26B booths. Panels are heavy-duty 18-gauge steel, precision-punched, and finished in bright white powder coat inside and outside. Assembly uses 5/16" nut-and-bolt hardware with sealant — both included in the box. Sold separately from the booth and the heater. Order this kit when your build sheet specifies a direct gas-fired heater. If the booth is running unheated airflow, the canopy plenum kit is not required. Cylinders found defective in the first 30 days are replaced outright (seal kits are supplied after that window). Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery ticket — any damage or shortage must be noted on the ticket and reported within 72 hours of delivery.
