It replaces the original fluorescent fixtures with LDPI two-row LED units rated at 5,000K CCT, giving a brighter, more color-accurate work environment for color matching and finish inspection. LDPI is a dedicated paint spray booth lighting manufacturer, and these fixtures are engineered specifically for booth interiors — not repurposed shop or warehouse LED panels. The kit drops into the existing fixture cutouts with no ballasts and no layout changes, so booth downtime during the swap is minimal. Beyond the brightness gain, the operational case is straightforward: LEDs draw less power than the fluorescents they replace and last longer between replacements, which lowers ongoing booth running costs over the life of the booth.
