Designed by Robyne Conway of minimal knits | DESIGNED These minimal knits | DESIGNED seamless baby warm weather tops - with short sleeves or long sleeves - are made mostly in the round, Top Down with integrated neckband and button bands. The matching sunhat is knitted in the round starting with the brim. When the knitting is finished all we have to do is weave in the ends and sew on the buttons. Mostly stocking stitch with garter button placket, sleeve cuffs/edges and hat brim, as well as smocking along the roomy neck band, the hem and the sunhat band. These tops can be made for hot days, with short sleeves, or for milder days with long sleeves, and we lower the front of the neck and work a hi-lo hem by doing some easy short rows.
